These terms govern the use of the Djouri Tech website and services.
1. Service
Djouri Tech SAS publishes Djouri POS, an offline-first point-of-sale application, and DroitGuinéen.
2. Access and pricing
Waiting-list registration is free and non-binding. Product plans and prices may evolve; the applicable price is the one displayed when subscribing.
3. User obligations
Users must use the service lawfully and must not interfere with its operation or security.
4. Intellectual property
Djouri trademarks, logos and content remain the property of Djouri Tech SAS.
5. Liability and governing law
The service is provided as is. These terms are governed by Guinean law and OHADA Uniform Acts; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Conakry.
